For music schools

For music schools, operations that respect what music education is

Powered by Creduca, the education module of the Crescender ecosystem. Live with founding-cohort partner schools.

Generic studio-management apps don't fit music schools because they don't model what makes music education specific: repertoire, syllabus lineage, ensemble parts, exam boards, the working-with-children-check regime, parent-consent capture, term-based billing rhythms. School music programs end up running on a spreadsheet, a Google Calendar, a WhatsApp group, a Stripe ledger and a folder of paper forms, none of it connected.

Creduca is the music-education module of the Crescender ecosystem, designed by people who taught music for people who teach music. It carries the concepts that matter to music schools, instrument, repertoire, syllabus reference, ensemble part, working-with-children-check expiry, photo-consent state, as first-class data. Currently in development with a founding cohort of Australian music schools.

What's in it for the school

Per-student term billing with Stripe integration. Sessional teacher pay-runs against the lessons they actually taught. End-of-financial-year statements for parents (Aussie tax-time friendly). Roster management that tracks attendance, repertoire, assessment, and family contacts in one place, without spreadsheet drift.

Parent communication that respects everyone: parents see what their own kids are doing without a free-for-all chat. Bulk communications by cohort; permissioned media sharing with explicit consent capture. Child-safety records (WWCC numbers, expiry dates, photo-consent state) tracked against each student.

Built around exam-board lineage

Pre-loaded syllabuses for AMEB, Trinity College London, and ABRSM, the most common Australia/UK exam boards. Each piece of repertoire can carry its syllabus reference; student progress tracks against the syllabus checklist; transcripts at term close are generated from the underlying data.

Schools with their own internal grading systems or jurisdiction-specific syllabuses (VCE Music, HSC Music Studies, IB Music) can add custom syllabuses; the platform doesn't enforce one taxonomy.

Child-safety baked in

Designed against the Australian National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. Staff records track Working with Children Check numbers and expiry dates with renewal alerts. Photo-consent state is captured per-student and enforced at the media-sharing layer. Full audit trail of who accessed what, for incident investigation.

We're pursuing ISO 27001 certification on the engineering side; see our Trust Centre's Compliance page for the roadmap. Schools doing procurement audits get a tailored vendor-risk pack on request.

Joining the founding cohort

We're onboarding a small group of Australian music schools in 2026 as the founding cohort. The cohort gets priority feature input, transparent pricing for the whole programme, and the closest line to the founder team. We do early implementation and migration work for cohort partners.

Email hello@crescender.com.au with your school name, approximate student count, and current operational pain points. We'll get back same business week.
