Step 1

Opening GearGrabber

Navigate to grab.crescender.com.au and sign in with your Crescender account. The interface is clean and focused on one thing: scanning receipts.

Step 2

Take a photo with your phone camera, upload a PDF, or drag and drop a receipt file. GearGrabber accepts any clear receipt image.

Step 3

Watch as GearGrabber's AI reads your receipt. The processing typically takes just a few seconds, extracting all relevant information automatically.

Step 4

Review all extracted data before saving. Edit any fields, add missing information, or remove items that aren't relevant. You have full control.

Step 5

Once you're satisfied with the extracted data, click save. GearGrabber creates records across gear inventory, finances, and calendar automatically.

Step 6

Access all created records in the main Crescender app. See your new gear items, financial transactions, and calendar events — all cross-linked.
